Fontana January 10th

OK, Fontana on the 10th of January wasn't what I had hoped for. Entered two races (A Superbike and A Superstock 5th and 4th respectively) but never got comfortable with the track. Got there a little late so missed the first 12 minute practice, made the second one and the third got canx'd due to a crash in the 600 expert class practice.
If you look at smugmug (Brandon Bones) you'll see that I was very uncomfortable on the bike during both races. Terrible body position and really tentative into the corners. I hate that track and wish we would never race there but I have no say-so when that comes out in the wash. I'm hoping to do alot better in Vegas end of the month.

Thats ok Harry. You will do better next race. Think of this one as getting the cobwebs knocked off. Good luck in Vegas.

Well club racing to be exact. I race WERA West which is a national org just below AMA

It's always hard to get in the groove when ya start off behind the ball like that. Then again, to come in top 5 in both races is pretty damn good! I'd be happy to be competitive let alone top five...
