Gauges cut off...

Hey everyone!

I have a 2000 kat 600 and have recently been having an electrical problem. While riding on the highway, if I put the turn signal on, the gauge needles drop (lose power) for a split second and then turn back on. Also when I idle at a stoplight, the gauges turn on and off. Any idea what this could be?

check ground connection.

I cleaned both of the battery terminals and it didn't fix it. Are there more grounds? Its been a few years since I messed with the wiring
