  • Nothing, No Response

Started my kat up, went to taco bell, came out, and it's dead. Dash won't light up, no clicking, turning over, NOTHING. Battery is good, Fuses are good, Main fuse good. Don't know what else to look at.

that happened to me once. This may or may not be applicable to your situation as the wires didnt belong where they were but after I pushed my bike 1.5 miles home I realized that there was a wire harness on top of my battery, it got pushed up and was wedged between the battery and the seat and when i sat on the bike, it became unplugged. My battery box is moved back 2 inches to accommodate my Busa shock so i had some fancy wire moving to do and, well, i chose a bad place for them as it didnt take long to hop up on top of my battery. Anyway, check you connections. Make sure your battery connections are screwed in tight too.

kill switch wouldn't keep all my lights from coming on... I'll double check that fuse box.

Is it possible that when you parked you turned the key to the “parking lights on” position and drained the battery? Have you checked for power in the battery?

Key was out of the ignition, and I had the battery tested, it was fully charged

Did you have the battery load tested?.. A battery can carry a 12v charge but not have the amps.

Doesn't sound like it's the issue, but on 03-06 600s you can turn the key to the parking light setting and remove it.

Same on a 92 600, it is marked on the ignition.

But the battery is good, so it's not a dead battery.

I think i found the loose wire.

                          Bike is running
