I feel retarded at this point

So putting together the bike, and this electrical connector and there is one on the left side are the only ones that don't have plugs to go into. The only things illuminated on the cluster are the neutral light and oil light, doesn't crank, and I have a new battery in. All fuses are fine. Please assist.

The plug in your pic is for the Cali emissions stuff - not used on your bike. I would check the side stand safety switch and the clutch safety switch first (and the killswitch)

Turns out my starter solenoid was inoperable. I picked up a new one and going to install that. Details later!! Thanks fellas
