Why no Horn?

    The horn works by having 2 differnt saucer sections of it vibrate between each other with a specific amount of tension holding them together. There is a bolt in the center that you adjust that tension with. If dirt or rust has created particles that are trapped between the 2 parts it will hinder or prevent the vibration from occuring. Generally loosening the bolt, compressed air to blow out dirt, and then tightening the bolt back will help clean them. Use the horn when tightening the bolt to do the final "tuning" of the sound.

      If they are really rusty, you might want something to combat that. But otherwise I would not think so. Maybe just some soap and water to remove any road grime/grease that may have been deposited.

        I was thinking a couple blasts of wd-40 or suttin if need be. Thanks for the info.
