  • 2005 Gsx750f Katana instrument pinout wanted

    Just got my mits on a set of gsxr k1 600 clocks and have found pinout and colour of wires.
    Not having such luck with the 750's wiring.
    Can anyone give me the colours and/or pinout for the 750's
    Only after the following

    Speed sensor (There are two on k diagram but one from cpm so prob something to do with dfi)
    Tach
    Neutral
    Oil light
    Earth
    Positive

      search for it....there's a an electrical diagram with wire colors posted somewhere around here

        Have you checked the manuals wiring diagram?

          The manual wasn't as detailed as I would like.
          Thing is I wouldn't want to blow the dam things up because I made a mistake wiring it up.

            This is the pdf of all 2005 Suzuki's wiring diagrams. It should help out.

            Wiring Diagrams

            The three wires coming from the speed sensor (P, B/W, and O/R). Only the P and O/R go to your gauges.

            Nuetral indicator wires at Guage pod are: Bl/B to O/G (O/G provides power to oil pressure light as well)

            Oil light are (as above) O/G to G/Y (G/Y being the negative side and O/G being positive) however, the Oil light also completes it's circuit at the oil senser (which has it's own connection to earth).

            Earth (or ground color) is B/W, which is standard for suzuki
