Update: Figured out the issue... very simple actually now that I figured it out.. lol after rewiring it to double check that it was wired properly.. turns out a had a bad blinker relay.. made a call to a local bike shop and they wanted $55.00 for an OEM flasher relay... I said hell no, so my cousin gave me the idea to go to autozone and get a flasher relay there.. bought one for 6 bucks... plugged up the new relay and now the turn signals work great.

Blown bulb...or pinched wire somewhere(that was my problem). you just need to trouble shoot for the most part

          Oh yeah or that too....Lol

lol... yeah thankfully it wasnt anything major... if its one thing I hate to do, its chasing wires and trying to figure out if there is a short somewhere, but in this case it was a simple flasher relay that was junk and all I did was replace it and its good as new
