Get out yor meter and put it on the battery. no load, nothing on, should be about 12.5 volts, key on, between 12.5 and 12.0 volts. Key on, starter button pushed above 10.5 volts. Bike running, ~13.5 volts. anything less with key on, not running, charge your battery and check all your ground connections. make sure they are all clean and tight. check the positive cable from the battery, thru the solenoid, to the starter for clean and tight. less than 12.5 volts bike running check your charging system wiring and alternator.
