    I have a 2001 katana that won't start it's electrical problem but what could it be the relay or some type if blown fuse not the battery that's been changed as of rite now I don't have I have to go pick it up from the lady I purchased it from just seeing if I can find out what's wrong so I know what I would have to do

    That is one very long sentence.
    By "won't start" I assume you mean not cranking. The most common things to check first are clutch switch, kill switch and maybe side stand switch. This assumes you have power just no cranking. If you lose all power then check your battery cables / connections, make sure they are properly tightened.
