Ok im gonna change my spark plugs here shortly on my 98 kat, but what i want to know is can i remove them if i just take the gas tank off or will i have to remove the valve cover gasket? Also, if i can do it without removing the valve cover will i need any special tools or just an extension for a socket.

tank off and may be the cross member(just 4 bolts)
no special tools required
dont need to remove the valve cover
