I'm rewiring my lights from one hi and one lo to 2 hi and 2 lo. Dual H7 to dual H4 so I can have real headlights and not hear "You have a headlight out" at every freaking stoplight. I had some TSX projectors I was gonna throw in with an HID upgrade, but decided that money is better spent elsewhere for a while. I got some halogen projectors from a Hyundai and I'm gonna throw those in with new Silverstar bulbs and the rewire and call it a day. I only ride at night if I'm on my way home at dusk and get stuck out so it's more for the look and a little about better headlights. Hopefully throwing some halos in while I'm in there.

If you don't like the prices, you can always search on ebay for the same projectors from different people.Project "I wear my sunglasses at night" is complete: http://katriders.com/vb/showthread.php?t=103420

I got the projector yesterday and decided to tear apart the headlight today. As you can see I don't have much room to work with, but I think I have just enough.
It took baking it for 3 minutes at 225*F, prying on one side then baking it for 3 more minutes and more prying. Used the two tools shown.
I ended up drilling a hole to push the plastic socket off the ball. Figured silicone is cheaper then headlight parts.
It got skinny fast.
It'll sit forward a little more then this
The little amount of room to spare
Here is how much clearance I have to work with

Looking good. I see you went with a bi-xenon setup, which is good because it will give you a high beam, as well.
I still think the front glass is going to toss the light everywhere.
Are you going to mount the projector into the reflector, or just in housing?Project "I wear my sunglasses at night" is complete: http://katriders.com/vb/showthread.php?t=103420

I imagine it will and by no means am expecting a great or even distinguished cut off, but I do hope it is better then just throwing an hid bulb in the stock housing.
It will be mounted in the reflector for adjustment. There is just enough room to fit it.
Tomorrow I hope to get out my dremel and slim it down and get some rough cuts done since Saturday I have an Ice Rescue class and plan to get my new rear suspension done.
