Another HID silly question thread.

I see everyone has their HID kits on. I'm wondering where everyone stashed the ballast and all the extra equipment that came with them.

There really isnt a whole lot of extra equipment other than the ballast (and relay if so equipped). My bike is naked, so with no room to secure it under the gauges my ballast is sitting on the valve cover. With all the heat its probably not a good idea, but being fairingless it gets alot of wind and is still cool to the touch at the end of the ride.

The relay I would probably install near to the fuse box to make it easy to wire.

Thanks. I decided to just make my own harness and mounted the ballast under the seat.

I'll post some pics when I get off this weekend. I work nights and don't know where my actual digital cam is so it will have to be with my cell cam and it doesn't have a flash so no night shots. =/
