1991 600f Not Starting

OK I have checked the clutch,break,kickstand switches. All have power to them but I am not getting a crank over unless the solenoid is jumped. What is there left? Help me please. Horn works. The bike has been sitting for quite some time, the Carbs are clean and the tank is off. There is one thing that I was wondering about in front of the battery cage there is a eye looking thing that has a red dot in the middle of it(what is this?).

That's your circuit breaker, press the red dot down and try to start it then.

if the circut breaker didnt work check the actual start button itself. might be bad, loose connection, etc
