joe florida light kit

I was just looking at a joe florida light kit on Ebay and almost bought it but...my bike is black and my rims are black and my cylinders are under the cowling and my front fender is black..sooo...

i cant decide if you would even see anything if there is nothing for them to reflect off of.

Any comments?

it would still glow. just wont reflect like chrome.

are those lights pretty illegal ..anyone have bad/good experience with neons and cops, no doubt they look really good ?

There is a difference between neons and LEDs on the law books so make sure you check your own state.

I know in PA that it is legal for LEDs to be on your bike (not car though) while driving but you can not have any neons.

I will be getting the Joe kit after my bike is done being painted and I see how she turns out to know the color I will need.
