oil and possibly gas on plug

Pulled one of my plugs today (only cylinder not firing) and noticed oil and maybe gas on the plug. This plug was used when the bike was stock and i was having some carb issues. Now its been jetted w/pods and vh exhaust.

what would cause a little oil on only one plug?

could be from the float bowl overfilling?

Its actually probably gas........and its probably from a carb set too far off.

If it IS oil...............could be a larger problem. Check the torque on the valve cover bolts around that cylinder
