    Hey

I got a few questions about the 600 i'm working on.
First off the front wheel isn't sitting in the center of the fork, it is closer to left as it is to the right if you sit right in front of it. Secondly i can only get the buddy seat on crooked so i'm thinking the pinions are bent?

    Any ideas?

Does the brakes function normally? Check the manual for proper axle setup. We would need pics to see if the frame is bent.

I'd guess (with out a pic to verify) the spacer that inserts into the lower fork was put in from the wrong side. It should have the shoulder to the wheel, or inserted from the "inside". That's a common over site to cause the wheel to be off centered.

Buddy seat?.. I'm assuming that you mean the passenger seat. Uses 4 large allen bolts into the side to hold it on?

There are 2 brackets that bolt to the subframe. The seat bolts to those brackets. If turned wrong, or on the wrong side they could be causing the seat to not sit correctly. They may even be bent. I'd check those are properly positioned, and were put into the subframe in the correct bolt holes. Once those brackets are sorted, then the seat should be a simple instal.

You can use the following links for part fiche references to how things should be oriented.
