Im going to tackle my rear brakes. They need changing lime now. Never done them before on a motorcycle. Is there any secrets, tips, tricks to this? I've only got the pads sp is that everything I need?

Shoot the pins up with some penetrant and let them soak for a bit. You may have to grab the pins with a needle nose vice grip and try turning them a bit till they loosen, then as you're twisting them, apply some force towards you to work the pins out. Depending on the # of miles on the bike, you may have to replace the pins. If they are in good shape, a touch of never-seize when replacing will ensure an easier time next pad replacement.2006 Katana 750 - Daily therapy
