Stupid headlight question redux

Alright I bought some silverstars, but I can't figure out how to get the damn things in. Yeah, I'm retarded, I know.

Its easy to get the power connector off the back, but I can't get the rubber surrounding the back off, and I really don't want to force/break it.

Can anyone throw up some instructions? I ran a search and nothing productive came up.

Okay, here's what I found:

1. Remove Upper Fairings
2. Disconnect the socket and remove the rubber cap
3. Remove the bulb by removing the bulb holder spring
4. Reassemble the bulb in the reverse order of removal

I've never changed the lamps in my Katana, so I don't know exactly what's going on with all this and can't say this is going to be a five minute job; but it kind of sounds easy enough.

Hmm, I guess the trouble is the removing the rubber cap. Although, I didn't completely remove the fairings, I just unbolted most of them. I guess I'll have to completely disassemble them.
