Fixed!!!!!!

BUT... It is near impossible to get it into neutral with the bike running. When its off it exists, but when it runs it the trans just wants to go into 2nd or 1rst. You can feel it catch.

Clutch adjusted properly? As in not at the lever but at the sprocket cover?
