95 600 pops ignition fuse

So the other day I was riding home and stopped at a friend's house and shut the bike off and when I went to restart it it wouldn't start. I checked the fuses and the ignition fuse was blown so I put a new on in it and turned the ignition on and it popped instantly. Im at a loss on where to look it won't pop if the bike is in gear or the neutral switch is disconnected. Untill I put the kick stand up then it pops. I have replaced the neutral switch already and no change. Please any help appreciated. It's a 95 katana 600

Sidestand relay? It's hard to diagnose electrical issues over the Internet.

I get a click out of the relay. I Dnt know if that Means it's good or bad
