any JASO MA or JASO MA2 10w40 motorcycle oil is plenty enough for these bikes regardless of your engine milage. Im tempted to say even the mineral oil is ok but these days a cheap semi synthetic motorcycle oil is cheap enough.

I just use rotella T6 from local walmart myself.

That's my oil of choice. However, it's not going to make your bike any better. You own a budget sport touring bike. High dollar oil won't do anything but cost more.

I use Valvoline 4 Stroke 10W-40. I get it at advance auto for $6/$7 a quart
