So my bike was runny rouggt so i pulled the plugs and i found that 2 spark plugs were fouled so i replaced them and pulled the carbs or for a cleaning. I found some debre in the two carbs and clean them out and put everything back together. My bike runns better but rev the motor if seams like the rps slowing come back down instead of coming down fast... what do yoy guys think is going on here?

Make sure the fuel line isn't interfering with the throttle return spring.

This or you're running super lean. Did you remove the plugs over the A/F screws and adjust them to 2.5 turns out?

Probably so, that's why I asked. I don't get it and never will.
