Sync your carbs, out of sync carbs will do just that.

I also have to constanly adjust my idle what should it be at because it seems like it is to high or to low all the time

Time to service your carbs, sync them first and see how it goes.

+1 on the carb sync, *should* solve vibrations. Mine has always vibrated a tiny bit more around 5-6k than the rest of the rpm range, but it's not much and I'm usually the type to notice extremely minute operating changes lol. the idle issues would suggest either a lean or rich condition if it won't stay where you put it (assuming it was set with the motor at full operating temp, meaning after a good 10-20 minute ride). I'd probably suggest a good carb cleaning if a sync doesn't fix that as well.

My bike vibrates when I lean it to one side. Is that wheel bearings?

You could make your very own thread, you will probably have better luck with an answer then!
