Changing oil 1992 750
Hey guys. Just picked up an older Kat and looking to change the oil for the first time. Picked up an oil and filter and...stupid question is there a spring behind the drain plug? I removed what I assumed to be the drain plug and there was one there. I thought I was mechanically inclined but maybe not,.....

Go to the wiki - top left, and download the service manual. It'll tell you what exactly you did, and where the oil drain plug actually is.
