fuel leak- carb 1 and 3

I have gas dripping out of carbs 1 and 3, at first i thought i had the fuel lines mixed up, but now that I'm pretty positive i have them in the right spots why else would i have gas dripping out of carbs 1 and 3 at the same rate and have absolutely no gas dripping out of 2 and 4 ????? any help please.

float bowl gasket, float heights, float bowl screws loose.
