I just realized that the previous owner installed different length slide springs in the carbs. If I replace them all to a single length, will I notice a difference? We're talking about half an inch of difference in two of the springs.
I assume this could affect smoothness and possibly throttle response, but I don't know if it's worth spending $5.00 per spring.
Also, does anyone know where I can get a good deal on a float assembly? I broke one while tenderly removing it.
