Mechanic in Toronto?

I did my valve adjustment on my 89 Kat and putting it back together found that one of the inner threads wont take the bolt, Guess I'm f**ked. No space for the tap I have. Anyone know a decent mechanic in Scarborough that'll fix this for me?
