airbox help

on my 93 600 on top of the airbox there is a hose going to the top of the motor that is that and if there is not a clamp on it will that make my bike run like there is a air leek (my bike idles high i need it fix fast my only ride everwere)

Didn't you say it'll run like there's a leak if there isn't a clamp on the hose? If so, put a clamp on the hose.

if i unplug it and nothing happens is that bad i put a hose clamp on it
