what I can say is the oem o-rings are smaller than I expected. If you look here..

I think they are a non-standard size. I've had problems with everything except OEM-Steve

I've had no issue using the O-rings I linked in the thread mentioned above... they are on 5 different bikes now.

I can't see how a slightly thicker o-ring wouldn't work well as long as its diameter is close. I went with oem cuz I didn't wanna eff up an get the wrong material94 GSX600F, V&H 4-1 Supersport exhaust
