Can't get it to run right? Find a trick to add HP?
From the first oil change to completely rebuilding the engine,
this is the place to talk about the heart of the beast!

what I can say is the oem o-rings are smaller than I expected. If you look here..
This is place to post up your long term projects. Projects that took you a while to get done. Post them here. Examples like kwebbel's build up , B-12 engine swaps, swing arm swaps etc..would go here.

you can see how the new ones fit. Ill try an look later when I get home on the package to see oem size.

I think they are a non-standard size. I've had problems with everything except OEM

I've had no issue using the O-rings I linked in the thread mentioned above... they are on 5 different bikes now.

I can't see how a slightly thicker o-ring wouldn't work well as long as its diameter is close. I went with oem cuz I didn't wanna eff up an get the wrong material

The elastomer is also critical. IIRC they are Viton. Don't use Buna N or EPDM. You just have to replace them again sooner than you might think.
Keep the black part down and the shiny part up.
