what I can say is the oem o-rings are smaller than I expected. If you look here..
you can see how the new ones fit. Ill try an look later when I get home on the package to see oem size.94 GSX600F, V&H 4-1 Supersport exhaust

I think they are a non-standard size. I've had problems with everything except OEM-Steve

I've had no issue using the O-rings I linked in the thread mentioned above... they are on 5 different bikes now.

I can't see how a slightly thicker o-ring wouldn't work well as long as its diameter is close. I went with oem cuz I didn't wanna eff up an get the wrong material94 GSX600F, V&H 4-1 Supersport exhaust

The elastomer is also critical. IIRC they are Viton. Don't use Buna N or EPDM. You just have to replace them again sooner than you might think.Keep the black part down and the shiny part up.Comment
