  • Hello!

This looks like a gret site and looks like a lot of fun with lots of info!
That said, I was wondering if you guys could help me with some carb problems that i am having with my 97 750 Katana.
I just cleaned the carbs out on it (most of the idle jets were plugged)
fired it up and it pumps fuel out of both overflows. It didnt do this before i cleaned them, it just wouldnt idle.
They are Mikuni K732? slide carbs. Any help would be appreciated!

Welcome to KR have a look to see if the float jets are installed or maybe a problem with one or more of the floats themselves not being installed correctly - good luck.

ive got pics, just cant figure out how to upload...
But I did get it figured out, the O-rings around the seat and overflow pipes were dried out and not sealing and let the fuel pour around the seat and out the overflow.
          New o-rings and all good!
          Thanks
