95 GSX600f Carb Parts Question

I pulled my carbs apart to clean and replace anything that needed replacing. Everything seems legit except a few o-rings.. And this:

One of the four grey plastic diaphragms has a metal piece that is a different color than the other three, and it's respective o-ring looks trashed contrary to the other three.

Is that first one silver and the second one a goldish / brass color? If so, the silver one is a Factory Pro nickle plated emulsion tube. The gold one is OEM, just standard brass. I've never seen a set of carburetors with just one FP nickle plated tube though, and you can only buy them in sets of 4.

The silver one is the 1/4. The remaining three are the brass ones.

Well, you asked why one was a different color, there's your answer. Why it is the way it is, I have no idea.
