So when we pulled the carbs number 1 was missing from what i believe is the idler jet . It is pissing gas out the bottom of the front of the carb . Second from reading carbs 102 there was no mention of the proper jet size. Also does any one know of a site for a complete carb rebuild including jets

Maybe it was mentioned in 102 and i didnt notice so i dont have a gang of people jumping down my throat saying its in there and im some sort illerate nimkumput

Pull one of the jets and look, It is etched into the side, very small print. I think its a 32.5.

Actually, 98-06 carbs are 12.5 There are no rebuild kits that include jets, they don't exist, period.

If you know what jet you are missing you are able to invidually purchase them via the internet.

That's were I order them from. Kind of expensive if you just need 1 jet. Try amazon.com. Never mind, I just checked Amazon.com, they are stupid expensive there. Way cheaper from PJ Motorsports.

And how's that working out for you? You know, funny thing. You actually don't get things that work well for cheap.

its working out great I have spent 12 dollars on 2 cans of carb and choke cleaner and she is already running and rideable if I want it to be 100 percent I guess I would have to put some money in to is so I have spent a total of 462 on a bike that runs and rides with a few little issues that I guess are pretty cheap to fix. some times I guess you can get nice things for cheap.
