my first bike, my first kat

ok this is where i start, friend of mine use to collect stuff and u owned a dealership will he had a kat and i brought it for him for 500 buck and was a steal with title. It is a 2005 katana 750 with 4200 miles on it and has not run in 6 years and im collecting parts as i type. the bike was wrecked and the front forks were damage and were replace with a new one with rims, tires, and change im going to get into more stuff but what do u think i should check motor wise( garage sealed).

oooooooooooo yea, first thing i did was read it and rebuild the carbs cause they were full of bees brought the kits online took them apart, cleaned, and put in the kits before i did anything and flushed and cleaned the tank he left a half a tank of gas in it

ok are the air box boots and clamps the same from a 600 and 750 cause they are killing me ive been at it for hours boiled them and everything when i finally got them on the clamps were to small to fit around them wtf
