1991 600 Won't start

Hello, how's it going? I just bought this katana for $600. I am a novice when it comes to motorcycles in general. I have his wife about three weeks for the first two weeks the bike was running okay pretty loud but okay. And just recently the bike won't turn over. I put new spark plugs and I bought a new battery and still nothing. I will love to get this bike back up and running so I can enjoy riding this motorcycle.

I would make sure the carbs are clean. Cleaning the gas tank wouldn't hurt either. Sediment in the gas tank will make carbs dirty again real fast.
