Bike cranks and turns but won't idle fast enough to say running. Ive been trying for about an hour and have gotten it to idle low for a few seconds. When I prime the bike for a mints or so it will rev up to idle then stall. What are my possible solutions or checklist to see what's goin on.

Well, that's not a whole lot of info to go off of, but it sounds like your carbs need to be cleaned. The pilot circuits and other tiny passages are known for being difficult to clean.
