Oil filter confusion

Ok before anyone says anything I read the oil filter inside look and was more confused than informed. I then went to Oil filter comparison and that was a little better. 1998 750 Kat running full synthetic I thinking about the K&N 138c figured I'd spring for the chrome for a little bling any comments or suggestions would be very helpful. Nothing wrong with K&N oil filters although you guys have a wider range and some of the others are considered to be potentially better. That nut makes removal a piece of cake. I'm currently running a "C" myself.
