Any suggestion on what is the easiest/well designed homemade manometer? Found some cool ones just looking for suggestions or do people really not use them?

I've got a Morgan Carbtune II but there's nothing wrong with using a DIY setup. It's just not as convenient since you have to keep moving connections.

I just wasn't sure if it was a "Suggested" way to do it. so I was just curious on if I were to go with the motion pro or a DIY type if it really mattered as long as it worked? They do have some pretty neat types. Maybe Ill go DIY type just for the "What the **** is this!?" factor in the garage! Lol

I made a similar one to this. I used some old Starbucks Frap bottles, stoppers, vinyl tubing and used motor oil. One tip: put something in the fluid that will help you tell which direction it is going. Luckily the sedement in the oil helped me out. I was only able to sync two carbs at a time, but it only took 5 mins for all four.

Sync carbs 3+4
Sync carbs 1+2
Sync carbs (1,2) + (3,4)
All at 1800 RPM. If it won't stay at 1800 RPM, adjust the idle while you sync.
