You can get them at sears, harbor freight, walmart, meijer (if you have one), or just about any other store that has a tool section

Looks like your Kat is just like one I use to have. Following is the only way she would start:

In the morning- 95% choke, neutral, hit the start button and NO throttle. Adjust the RPM as they started to rise

Well I rode to work today, and didn't start my kat at all yesterday, and following these steps this morning the bike started right up. It was even 40 degrees out and again it sat all day yesterday, and I feared the worst. Thanks again for all the input, and I'll be using all the advice listed!
