2 cylinders running cold. Check that your plug wires go tje the correct plugs. Left coil goes to 1 and 4 right coil is 2 and 3. The po of my 92 had it wrong and acted the way you describe.

Jumpy idle could be a vacume leak have you checked for that? (with stock air box and stock filter on)

ya the wires are going to the right cylinders and yes i have checked everywhere i could think of for vacume leaks
