Weird start...

Here is a video of my 94' 600, it will start but then the engine races and then shuts off (In the video i have my hands on the throttle but note i am not turning it at all.) After awhile of this it will eventually stay started, and will run, Thanks in advance.

sounds like the choke is maybe stuck. Did you have the choke wide open?

yes i have it wide open but when i have the choke the whole way open i can reach down and pull the slide alittle bit farther, if you know what i mean. So i'm not sure if that has anything to do with it.

mine was sticking a while back and it would do the same thing. I would have to reach down and release the cable. I lubed it up and I haven't had any issues since. *fingers crossed*

so you mean you would turn the choke off but it would stay on?
