According to the wiki my 90 Kat has a gsxr motor... The motor was bad so I swaped it for a newer one... Does anyone know if there is anything worth keeping off this one

No they aren't they are 88-89 GSXR 750 engines with different cams. Which I'm assuming you meant by "tuned down". The 1990 GSXR 750, however, is completely different in the engine world. It's a long stroke (48.7mm). The 88-89 GSXR 750 and 89-97 Katana 750's are short stroke (44.7mm) with a 73mm bore. So 748cm2. The 90-92 GSXR 750 is a long stroke (48.7mm) with a 70mm bore.
