  • Spark Plug HELP>>>>>>>>>>>>>

I got all but one plug out on my '92 katana 750. it's the second in from the left side thats stuck. the head is starting to round off. Any tips on removal, and what are the BEST plugs to put back in?????

If the head is rounding off, you are using the wrong socket. Make sure it's a 6 point.

NGK are the good plugs. Don't get the Iridium, waste of money for Kat's.

That's basically what I just posted in your intro thread. Soak some penetrating oil in there overnight and then try again with a better socket. This one works well for me: http://www.autozone.com/autozone/acc...er=482582_0_0_
When you put those new NGKs in there use a little anit-sieze on the threads to keep this from happening again.

Thanks Wild-Bill. I'll pick up a new socket and new plugs at autozone tomorrow.
