    I am looking for a pre kat carb rebuild kit and can't seem to find any. Will someone please post up some links with some reasonably priced carb rebuild kits?

    didn't find one on ebay for the 88-96 but you can find on bikebandit.com

        If you get a rebuild kit, you'll also need 4 pilot jet plugs. They aren't included in the kits. They are #35 on the BikeBandit "carburetor" fiche. Those kits are only for 90-97 600 and 89-97 750. What year is your bike?

            Okay, than you're good. 4 of those kits and 4 pilot jet plugs and your good to go.

              Sorry to revive such an old thread... those plugs, what are they for? I really don't understand the mechanics around them... They seem to cut the fuel flow to the pilot jets... should they fit snug? loose?
