carb issue

Hey guys/gals got a new issue with the bike again 02 600 stock. The problem I am having is that it starts fine but as soon as I twist the throttle it sputters then dies did not do this before I cleaned the carbs. I was thorough with cleaning them and was able to see through All the jets and all if I got the float setting to high could it cause this? Was thinking that there is not enough fuel in the bowls to keep the engine up what do y'all think?

Yes did a sync right after installing them also it idles great
