Left bliker light

Hello all, my left blinker light indecator stays on and wont flash. i checked the fuses and the wires look good. its also causing my headlight to not come on. Any other suggestions on what it might be

Short somewhere in the harness, or a wire plugged into somewhere it's not supposed to be. Pull the wiring to that signal and see if the headlight comes on.
