i have a 96 kat 600. i seen online at bikebandit that there is a coolig fan for my bike that i know i do not have... how important is it bing the bike is air cooled? where does it go? where can i get one???

The cooling fan is part of the CA emission crap. If you don't have a CA bike, you don't have one. The only thing it's good for is killing your battery.
