I have a 2000 Kat 600, I want to swap the triple tree to a 750 to get the bars higher and more comfortable. Is it as simple as buying the top triple tree plate and installing? I know the 600 mounts r different so do they match up when the top plate is removed or do u need more parts? Any help would b awesome. I dont want to spend a ton of money for 1inch risers. Thanks

Yup, just switch tree's.
Actually, I've never done that, but I do know lots of people have and I don't THINK you have to do anything but switch trees.

One thing to keep an eye on...
Make sure the trees you swap are for a 98-2002 Kat, NOT 03+... or you will run into a problem.
