  • New Grips = Sticking Throttle

Hey guys, I installed a set of Kuryakan Iso Grips on the FJR today. They went on fine and everything was good but now the throttle sticks and won't return unless I return it! I used the tubes of glue that were supplied with the grips. Think maybe the throttle grip is a tad too tight and it's binding the throttle sleeve?? Due to the design of these grips, I won't be able to get them back off and try again without damaging them.
Any ideas for me?? Anyone else experienced this before?? Thanks everybody. I guess I'm just gonna ride and just close the throttle back for now!

Is the end of the grip too tight on the bar end?

Hey I figured it out guys. When I installed the grips, glue was forced in between the throttle sleeve and the bar. Thus, when it dried it of course caused a problem. I removed the sleeve, got rid of the glue, and now everything is smooth again!
