Timing already at 10deg from factory?

So I was working on the carbs yesterday and noticed that one of the info stickers under the seat said that timing was set at 10 deg BTDC. but from what I read here it should be at ~4-5 from the factory.

So I was seeing if their is any way to find out the origin of the bike? or if anyone has a pic comparing the factory 5 and 10 degree advance plate...

OR does everyone's sticker under the seat say this? It was the one closer to the battery.
