I am on a budget ( like Most) and I dont want to spend a $100 on a Suzuki manual. Any ideas of how to acquire one cheap?

If you are gonna buy a manual i highly recommend the haynes over the clymer... i have both so i know what each one is like. Haynes: pictures are clear. lost of references. every how to you could ever want. Clymer: weak pictures(hard to tell what you are looking at) hard to find specific things weak carb section...
